We do not have a handling charge. You only pay actual shipping costs. UPS is our carrier for all shipments to the United States. We need a complete street address (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box), phone number, and E-mail address. UPS will send you notification of shipment with a tracking number. If you are a U. S. customer, and must have your purchase shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, please contact us for a quote. We will ship as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 business days of cleared payment. We do not ship on weekends.
Estimate Shipping (For U. S. Customers Only)
For our U. S. customers, you can estimate your shipping by simply adding the item to your cart. An "estimate shipping" button will appear. Just click on it and enter your zip code in the Pop-Up window. If you are purchasing multiple items, it is designed to automatically give you a combined shipping price. Please Note, that putting something in your cart does not obligate you to purchase any item. You can easily add and/or delete items before you go to checkout.
International Shipping
International customers, we use US Postal Service for delivery. All international customers must contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Based on the size, weight, and contents of the package, we will be able to let you know if it will ship to your country and at what cost. The buyer is responsible for all duty fees or additional charges imposed by your country.
Canadian customers, we can also use UPS for shipments, but you will be responsible for an additional brokerage fee once it reaches your country. It has been our experience that our Canadian customers prefer the Postal Service.

We guarantee 100% refund on the purchase price for returned items. However, we cannot refund the shipping costs. You need to notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item that you will be returning the purchase. It must be returned to us in the condition you received it; you are responsible for the return costs. Make sure you insure the return shipment.
We will issue a total refund of the purchase price immediately upon receipt of the returned item.
Refunds
We will issue a full refund, including shipping, for goods that arrive damaged or are lost by UPS. Please contact us immediately. If it is damaged, please keep the original packaging. We insure all shipments and we will deal with UPS on all claims. The buyer must handle any claims for items shipped via the US Postal Service.
