This is a rare antique ice shaver. It is marked "Reliance" and was made by Husqvarna of Sweden. It is cast iron with a nickle finish on it. You can see it's in very nice condition. It measures 5 3/4" long by 2" wide and 2 1/4" high.
Most of what we are selling is second hand, very old and used, a piece of history offered for collectors or to be used for display or decoration. It's not going to be perfect. You should expect it to have character. When we describe the condition, we mean compared to anything else that old. I will do my best to point out, either in the description and/or pictures, anything I notice that to me is significant. But, I can't mention every little thing.
