This antique lantern was made by the Handlan Co. of St. Louis. Stamped on the top of the kerosene reservoir, by the maker, probably in place of it's own markings, it says "Property of City of Saint Louis Sewer Divn." This is all original. Filler cap screws off, wick adjustment works, and globe is original with no cracks. You can see it has a light coat of rust, but it is very cleanable and paintable.
